1. Services

I provide SEO content writing, keyword research, on‑page SEO, and related digital marketing services. All deliverables are agreed upon in writing (email or contract) before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

• Content ownership: Upon full payment, you own the final content (articles, web copy, etc.). I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Website content: My website design, code, and original text are my property. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, feedback, and any required access (e.g., WordPress login) in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.

4. Payment & Refunds

• Payment terms are specified per project (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
• If you are unsatisfied with our work, you will get a full refund with no questions asked. You can also provide feedback if you wish (optional).

5. Revisions

Each project includes 2–3 rounds of free revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate, but this is rarely needed unless there is a serious problem. Normally, all problems are resolved within 2–3 revisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

I strive for high‑quality SEO results, but I cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic due to constantly changing search engine algorithms. However, all ranking factors needed for on‑page SEO are completed.

You are responsible for handling technical SEO from your side, though I can also handle it for an additional fee.

Off‑page SEO is your duty to bring organic traffic from search engines. Alternatively, you can get traffic from social media, email marketing, forums, advertising, and so on.

My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question — what you pay is what you get.

7. No Unlawful Use

You may not use my services or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Only business-related activities are handled on this website.

8. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted here. However, the core values will remain the same; only additional terms may be added.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I operate (Sunwal, Nepal).
